When it comes to bringing an idea to life we are here to help in every way possible. We start by scheduling an intake consultation to see if we are a good fit to bring your creative to life. In an industry full of so much talent we understand that everyone’s ideas are not the same and take unique minds that sometimes specialize specifically in special goods.

If paired we start with discussing any product developments that you may want to create or change from an already existing pattern, idea or sample.

SOURCING TEXTILES + TRIM

Sourcing can be overwhelming. We offer sourcing packages to help ease some of your work load and help keep the design process a smoother journey for our clients. After a design consultation we discuss your sourcing needs and put together an al la carte package that best suits our clients needs. With years of experience in the industry we have accumulated a strategic, reliable and high quality list of suppliers for many textiles and trims not only locally but on a global scale as well.

PATTERN MAKING

As many know in the fashion industry patterns can make or break your business rather quickly. Great patterns are one of the most valuable assets a brand can obtain and grow with. We are beyond grateful to have one of the best pattern makers in the industry on board our team.

To get started we work with any concept you have whether it be just an idea with measurements in mind or physical samples you would like to recreate or change. We discuss a thorough plan of our clients needs and make a game plan to create the best pattern possible. Before cutting your first sample we will review the pattern with you if desired to assess and approve all work before continuing into the sample making process.

SAMPLES

We aim to make sure that all of your vision is precisely noted down to the tension of the thread you would like before creating your samples. We know how exciting of a time it is for designers to see their first samples of their vision come to life. We also know how important it is to thoroughly discuss all of our clients wants and needs prior to creating their samples so we can move forward as efficiently as possible.

PRE PRODUCTION

Once your samples are approved and you decide to move forward with production we begin to discuss your production needs. Moving from samples and duplicates into production runs can detail a lot more information. We take a full rounded approach at making sure our client understands the strength in testing their style’s fit and sizing prior to creating a marker for cut. Once we approve the styles fit and grading we then have our pattern maker create a marker where we can discuss the width of your fabric and the layout of your pattern pieces to best utilize as much fabric as possible to cut back on any waste. Once your marker is approved and you decide to move forward we then organize all the components it takes to complete your production. We do not start any production without all components as to make sure that our operators are thorough and able to work consistently on your goods. We will send out any special needs your garment may detail such as fusing, binding and more.

CUT + SEW

After your marker is approved with yields, sizing and layout over a mini-marker we then have our pattern maker print out your main production marker for our cutter to begin the production cut. Depending on the raw goods to be cut your fabric may or may not have to be rested off of the roll to relax the stretch prior to cutting. We take a lot of pride in measuring out all the small details to assure you get the most precise finished production.

After your cut is finished and organized for our operators to begin sewing. We do a TOP which is the first sample from the production cut that will be the template and the standard for your entire production. Once the TOP is approved we move forward with your production.

PHOTOGRAPHY

We know that some of our clients fly in specifically for work here. We offer extended services with photographing your styles as needed for e-commerce web, press or social. We offer on model lifestyle and product shots as well as flat lays and ghost mannequin shots.

This service is al la carte and specialized per client’s needs.
